North Carolina Foundational Capabilities Assessment
Led the quantitative data wrangling, monitoring, analysis, and reporting for a 5-year repeated annual assessment of the public health workforce in NC. Served as the head developer and maintainer of two R Shiny dashboards with downloadable data, interactive visualizations, focus group and interview themes, and a map that allows users to identify opportunities for collaboration or resource sharing. Introduced improved collaborative infrastructure and version control with GitHub. Maintained meticulous documentation on assessment methods, data interpretation guidelines, and code scripts. Presented assessment results and facilitates data-related activities at in-person and virtual meetings.
Strengthening Foundational Capabilities in NC
Served as lead technical advisor for team identifying and analyzing secondary data indicators to monitor the state of Foundational Capabilities in NC. Developed and maintained reproducible analytics workflow that facilitates smooth data integration and automated data analysis and visualization.
